Terms & Conditions for Borehole Drilling and Installation
1. WH Projects (Pty) Ltd. offers borehole drilling and installation services, including but not limited to:
- Provide accurate information regarding the site and any existing conditions.
- Ensure access to the site for the Company’s personnel and equipment.
- Inform the Company of any potential hazards or restrictions on the site.
2. A deposit amount will be required upon signing the contract.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
- Payments must be made via EFT to the account number provided on your invoice
3. Project Timeline: The Company will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of the project.
- Delays caused by weather, site conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the timeline.
4. The Company warrants that all services will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards.
5. The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the borehole or any issues arising from the water quality.
6. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with these terms.
7. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
Terms & Conditions - Garden Service
1. Payments are to be made on an upfront basis for each individual month. Payments can be made
in full for a 3-12 month period if you so choose. Payments can be made via Electronic transfer (EFT)
or cash as discussed and agreed upon by both parties. Regrettably no cheque's will be accepted
after June 2013. All payments must be received before the 7th of the new month. Payments received after the 7th will
be subjected to late payment penalties at a rate of 10% per month pending. Late payment penalties
will be added and billed accordingly on the next printed statement. All unpaid services will be handed
over and you as the bearer will incur all legal fees and costs of recovering outstanding bills.
2. A single power point must be made available at all times for usage. If for what so ever reason a
power point is not supplied or available on your chosen day of service, you will forfeit that week's
service.
3. Nature is something that we at WH Projects® can not control. We unfortunately have no control
over natural disasters, war, pandemics and so forth. If and when rain/snow or any other of the
above mentioned disasters becomes a factor that prevents us from operating we regret that week's service will be forfeit.
PLEASE NOTE: Should it rain/snow for the second week in a row we will within reason review our schedule in an attempt to supply a service to you within that week.
4. Due to the fact that a set day is chosen and an approximate time is given, we expect to gain access to your property without hassle or an extended waiting period. If access to the property can not be gained, that weeks service will be classed as rendered. Unless prior arrangements have been made in advance, we will under no circumstances service a property on any other day than the selected day.
5. We regret that no services will be rendered on public holidays and on such days services will be classed as rendered.
WH Projects will be closed for two weeks during the winter month of July and two weeks during December. During such periods, full payment will be expected.
6. Cancellation of Service: One calendar month of written notice is to be given before any and all service cancellations are processed. No cancellations will be accepted or processed during the months of June, July and November, December.
Terms & Conditions - Pool Service
Pool service is only available to Garden Maintenance clients. We deliver a maintenance service only. It is still your responsibility to check your pool and maintain it on days we are not there.
Terms & Conditions - Irrigation
Irrigation quotations are only valid for 7 working days. There after quotations have to be revised due to ever changing product ranges, technology and supplier increases. A service warranty is provided on new installations for a period of six (6) months on workmanship (no call out and labour fee will be charged - only replacement parts). Please note that you will be charged, call out and labour fees for repairs that were caused by any human/animal/machine interference. After six (6) months you will be charged the normal call out and labour fee as per the problems you are experiencing.
Terms & Conditions - Landscaping
Landscaping quotations are only valid for 7 working days. There after quotations have to be revised due to ever changing product ranges, technology and supplier increases. Small alterations to the quotation can be done to satisfy customer needs. No major changes will be accepted from 10 days before the commencement date of the project. A deposit is required and payable no less than 7 days before the commencement of the project. The % deposit will be calculated on the total value of the quotation.
